With a refreshed visual brand and vibrant business model underway, we are now shifting the focus from revamping our internal organization onto a more important issue –our customers. We’ve been working steadily to establish the next chapter of Wallack’s with the main goal in mind to better serve you, the creative community, through originality and innovation, while staying grounded in our artistic roots. As we reopen our stores, you’ll see a lot of changes–some immediate, such as a massive re-up in stock, and some over the course of the next few months, such as a new e-commerce platform, a revitalized brand, and a series of reopening events.
We’re happy to announce that the Nepean store opened last week, and in the next week or so the Bank Street and Kingston store locations will follow. As we reopen the stores, we’re also looking to fill them with new talent. We’re hiring for sales associates at all locations and if interested please see here.
Stock will be fully topped up over the following weeks. You can expect to see your favourite time-tested items that have always been on the shelves. As well, we’re thrilled to offer a new generation of creators and makers richness and choice by incorporating new products categories, such as tools, hardware, maker materials, creative technologies, artisanal goods and gifts, and an expanded young artists section.
