Terms of Sale

All prices listed on our web site are in Canadian Dollars. Shipping and handling charges, as well as all applicable sales taxes, will be included in the total amount charged to each order. Wallack’s Art Shop and Gallery Limited reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on our site at any time without further notice. In addition, the prices on our web site may differ from those found in our retail stores.

If your order was placed successfully, Wallack's will process your order without delay.

Items shipped may vary slightly from illustration. Wallack’s is not responsible for typographical errors on this web site.

Shipping and Delivery

This website accepts ONLY Canadian orders. We cannot accept orders originating outside of Canada. If you live outside Canada and wish to place an order with Wallack's Art Supply, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-817-6035 and we will process your order over the phone with full payment required by credit card. Shipping charges will be added in advance to all foreign orders. Any foreign customs duties, brokerage fees and/or foreign government taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Wallack's Art Supply will not be responsible for these charges.

Wallack's ships the most economical way possible. We try our best to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. However there may be circumstances where we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Oversized and overweight products will be subject to a surcharge. You, the customer will be contacted in the event of an oversized or overweight shipment.

Certain solvents & aerosole sprays may require special shipping method at extra cost.

Shipping Rates Table:

*Note: All orders shipping to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories will be charged a base rate of $30. Wallack's Customer Service will contact you with the FINAL shipping charges if applicable. Shipping Charges can fluctuate due to packaging size and weight.

Returns

• All returns are subject to our online refund policy.


• All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) . In order to get an RMA you must contact our customer service deparment at 1-800-817-6035 or email us at sales@wallacks.com.


• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning goods to Wallack’s.


• Customers are responsible for carefully packaging items to be returned, in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  
  
• Products not in original packagaing do not qualify for refund or exchange unless clearly defective.


• Restocking fees MAY apply when returning goods to Wallack’s.


• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods in resalable condition.


• All questions and concerns may be addressed to Customer Service, at 1-800-817-6035 or at sales@wallacks.com.


• All purchases made online are subject to a 15-day return policy from date of shipment.


• Returned goods may be dropped off at any of our retail store locations, only when accompanied by a valid RMA.


• If items are damaged due to shipping, a claim must be made to the delivery carrier within 7 days of receipt of order.
  
  
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen products.
  
  
• We strongly recommend you, our customer, refuse shipment, IF VISUAL DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED FROM SHIPPING.

Cancellations

Orders placed online can be cancelled prior to shipping without penalty. Please call our customer service deparment at 1-800-817-6035 or email us at sales@wallacks.com.

Please indicate the order number when contacting us.

Back Orders

We may on occasion run out of stock in certain products depending on availability and time of year. If an item you ordered has been backordered, we will contact you to find a substitute. Backorders will be cancelled if we are unable to find a substitute and the remainder of the shipment will proceed as normal.

Payment Method

Payment by credit card is the only accepted method of payment on this web site. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. NO C.O.D shipments. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed, in person, in our retail stores. Call our toll free number at 1-800-817-6035.

You will be notified by email that your order has been confirmed.

Sales Tax

All prices listed on our web site are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Shipping charges are before taxes and subject to applicable taxes. The sales tax for orders and shipping charges are based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate. For merchandise sold in the province of Ontario, please add 5% GST and 8% PST. In the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, please add 13% HST. For Quebec and all other provinces, please add 5% GST.

All information used when processing and storing transaction information is strictly for CUSTOMER USE ONLY. Wallack’s does not make use of this information to provide to third parties or for marketing purposes. Credit Card Information is stored with our payment processor and NOT with Wallack’s. All confidential information is transmitted over a secure connection, thus protecting the integrity and security of the way data is handled over the Internet. ALL INTERNET TRANSACTIONS ONCE LOGIN AND PAYMENT PROCESSING BEGINS, ARE CONDUCTED IN A SECURE MANNER USING SSL SECURITY TO ENSURE MAXIMUM SECURITY. WE DO NOT STORE CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON OUR DATABASE OR OUR SERVERS. We simply store address information and order numbers.

Keep in mind that with all of the security measures we have taken to ensure maximum security protection to you, the consumer, no security system is perfect, and you, our customer, must understand that there is always a risk that a third party may intercept information without our written permission or consent . We at Wallack's decline any responsibility for any such incidences unless we at Wallack's have are found to be negligent.

Wallack’s makes use of its supplier's website links in order that customers may view other product lines. Once you have moved to another link outside Wallack’s Web Site, Wallack's assumes no further responsibility. Wallack’s Art Shop shall not be held responsible after a customer has moved offsite to another web link,as we have no control over the transfer from our web site to our Supplier’s links.
